Preheat oven to 375'1lb Ground Turkey
1lb Ground veal or beef of your choice
3 - 3/4 inch slices semi hard bread (french, sourdough, rosemary, your choice)
1 onion chopped
5 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp salt/ pepper to your taste
1/2 tsp dried sage, basil and oregano
garlic powder, parsley and chives to taste
1/4-1/2 C cheese of your choice ( i used a fiesta blend already grated)
2 eggs and milk to cover bread slices. Whisk 2 eggs and milk in bowl and place bread slices in mixture. Soak until saturated then squeeze out excess liquid and incorporate the saturated bread into the other ingredients above adding in the ground meat a little at a time.
Place mixture in a loaf pan and put in oven for 1 hour, Glaze with Ketchup glaze and return to oven for 30 min. Let rest 10-15 min before serving.
Ketchup Glaze:
1C Ketchup
1tsp cumin
garlic powder to taste
3 tsp worshetshire sauce
mix and spoon on top of meatloaf. Save leftover for serving with Meatloaf
