2 cloves garlic minced
garlic powder
pepper
thyme
sea salt
olive oil (about 2 tbls)
Line a cookie sheet with foil and cover with olive oil or olive oil spray. Preheat oven to 410
Wash and cut bottoms off brussels, halve them and put in a bowl. I save all the little tid bits that fall off, they make the absolute yummiest brussel chips! Save them, you will see!!!
Once in the bowl drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, including minced garlic. **I saved the sea salt until last when I then put the brussels on the cookie sheet. Mix brussels, olive oil, and seasonings by tossing with a spoon. Then lay them out on the cookie sheet, the sprinkle sea salt and any other seasonings you want a little extra of.
