Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tbsp light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
S&P and garlic powder to taste
2 cloves garlic minced
2 lbs pork (baby) back ribs - leave the membrane on the ribs to help hold them together
1 cup barbecue sauce
Vegetable oil spray.
Mix dry spices in small bowl and then rub on ribs. You will have to cut your ribs in half so they will fit in the crock pot. Fix them in the crock pot so they are standing up against the wall of the crock pot, the bone sides are facing each other and the meaty sides are against each long side of the crock pot. I put the minced garlic into the cup of BBQ sauce and mixed. Then put sauce all over ribs. Make sure to cover completely.
The original recipe is from my Pinterest and is linked below. Her version, adapted from Americas test kitchen, and my recipe adapted from Mmm... is for Mommy blog. She puts them in the oven to broil. I put mine on the grill bone side down for a little less then 8 minutes, coating with a little extra BBQ sauce. Even this step is not needed they are falling off the bone when taken out of the crock pot but my husband and I really love the flavor a BBQ adds. ENJOY!!

I recently made these ribs, but I didn't think about it until lumch time, so instead I set my crock pot to high, and only cooked them for about 4 hours, they were still off the bone delicious!! Enjoy!!
